Are you familiar with the Vulcan Tech Gospel? Understand the 1:1 patterns but not sure where to go from there? We will explore how we can use the "basic" patterns of Anti-spin, isolation and extension to create over 1000 different hybrids by applying concepts of planes, box and diamond modes and more.
In this course we will play some games to try to help develop the flow state. We will discuss the idea of a flow arts practice and, cover some basic movements, timing and directions for double staff. Each class starts in theory and ends with a few patterns to give students something to continue to drill.
